Exact duplicate of certificate letter that ships with every BHJ SFI-certified harmonic damper
Specify only ONE serial number below per order
Damper with matching serial number must be shipped to BHJ for inspection before replacement certificate can be issued
BHJ will issue a RMA number for shipment of damper, which must appear on shipping package
New certificate will be returned with damper that passes inspection
If damper does not pass inspection, customer will be notified of condition
Return shipping charges will be added to initial certificate fee, when damper is returned
